Since 2011, the primary focus of Marina Beck’s practice has been the litigation of sophisticated marital dissolution issues, including complex financial, property, support and custody matters.  Marina has extensive experience in international custody disputes (Hague Abduction Convention) and other jurisdictional disputes, as well as in Domestic Violence Prevention Act matters.

Marina has handled high profile cases with national and international issues and consequences, representing high net worth individuals or their spouses in many different fields, including the entertainment and sports industry, tech and business executives, philanthropists, doctors, attorneys, bankers and other professionals, with the utmost discretion and attention to detail.  The matters Marina has resolved, through trial or settlement, include matters involving business and commercial contracts, entertainment, intellectual property and trade secrets, private equity and real estate enterprises.  In addition to representing clients in family law matters, Marina is a civil litigator and has represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters.

While Marina’s focus is in litigation and strategy, she is equally adept at negotiating settlement of disputed issues.  Marina is committed to knowledge of the law, integrity, privacy and fiercely protecting her clients’ interests both in and out of the court room. Marina values the trust and communication required when working with clients.

Marina has served on the faculty of the National Family Law Trial Institute, focused on the development of advanced litigation skills for family law practitioners.

Marina is fluent in Russian.
