Kristina L. Hohne

Kristina L. Hohne represents clients in complex dissolution and parentage proceedings, including proceedings involving custody disputes, support issues  and post-judgment modifications. Prior to dedicating her practice to family law on a full time basis, she spent several years as a civil litigator practicing in a variety of areas, including accounting and tax disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, professional malpractice claims, wrongful termination and employment cases, products liability defense, probate litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and commercial and contract disputes. Kristina’s diverse litigation background has been instrumental in assisting clients in family law litigation where the issues are multifaceted and the stakes are high.  Each case presents its own set of challenges, and Kristina focuses on analyzing the issues and managing high-pressured situations.  She is strategic, responsive, and centered on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Kristina is an Executive Member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Family Law Section where she collaborates with other family law practitioners and judicial officers to enhance the family law legal community.  She volunteers for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Judicial Assistance Day program, which assists the Court to document judgments for self-represented litigants.

During law school, Kristina interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in the Victim Impact Program, where she was able to see firsthand all aspects of the judicial system, from arraignment to jury trials, and the impact those proceedings have upon children and their families.

Kristina received her law degree from UCLA School of Law and undergraduate degree in Honors Economics from UC San Diego (Revelle College) where she graduated magna cum laude.
