Elkins Kalt Represents Lakeshore Investments, LLC on Purchase of Office Campus in Calabasas, CA

Elkins Kalt recently represented the investor group, Lakeshore Investments, LLC, in the acquisition of an office campus in Calabasas, CA from AEW Capital Management. The three-building property covering almost 130,000 square feet is located off the 101 Freeway, across from shopping and dining at the Commons at Calabasas.
The property will be managed by Westcord Property Management and leasing will be done through Pacific Partners.
The transaction involved seller financing with a seller carry-back loan. The Elkins Kalt acquisition team was led by partner Scott Kalt and associate Ellina Chulpaeff.
