Ellina Chulpaeff is an associate in Elkins Kalt’s real estate practice group. Ellina represents real estate development companies, financial institutions, and investors in a variety of commercial real estate matters throughout the United States. Her practice includes single-asset and portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development, with a primary emphasis on acquisition and disposition of commercial offices and industrial spaces.
Ellina earned her law degree from UCLA Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as President of the Real Estate Law Association, was awarded three Masin Family Awards, and served as the 2017 Hagman Scholar. Prior to joining Elkins Kalt, Ellina was an associate at Latham & Watkins, a leading international law firm.
