Elkins Kalt recently represented EQ Management, LLC in the sale of a four-story 87,405 square foot office building located in San Francisco’s SOMA district to a subsidiary of LBA Realty. A subsidiary of the Blackstone Group, EQ Management is a real estate investment company that operates a portfolio of properties in major markets across the United States.
