Experience
Bill Weintraub has been practicing for over 30 years as a tax lawyer.  He specializes in representing clients in the areas of estate planning, transactional tax planning and tax controversy. Bill’s estate plan clients include wealthy individuals and families, professional athletes, entertainers and business owners.  Some estate plan clients require sophisticated trusts and transactions to carry out their goals while other clients require relatively straight forward plans. In all cases, Bill continuously draws on his extensive experience to arrange for a smooth and efficient transfer of property from one generation to the next.

Many of Bill’s estate planning clients also rely on his expertise in tax planning and structuring for their business arrangements.  He has a unique ability to coordinate both estate planning and business and tax planning.  Bill frequently prepares partnership agreements, buy sell agreements and advises clients in various business and tax matters.
