One of the firm’s founding partners, Jeff counsels his clients on a wide range of federal and state tax matters, guiding them on transactional structuring and planning, real property transactions, like-kind exchanges, joint venture agreements, and much more. On the personal planning side, Jeff approaches his business clients – from entrepreneurs to corporate executives – with an eye towards their families and future generations, incorporating estate planning in corporate transactional settings whenever possible. Jeff also assists his clients (including professional organizations) with structuring and implementing mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and “corporate” divorces.

A Chicago native, Jeff has practiced law in Los Angeles since graduating from law school in 1985.
