Jeff Reuben’s practice focuses on federal and state taxation with an emphasis on the following:

Jeff understands the importance to his clients of planning for their families in the context of business transactions. Thus, he incorporates his estate planning experience in transactional settings. Many of his clients are entrepreneurs in various industries, and Jeff regularly assists his clients with structuring and implementing acquisitions, dispositions and “corporate” and marital divorces. A founding member of the Firm and native of Chicago, Jeff has been practicing in Los Angeles since graduating from law school in 1985.
