Tyler O’Brien focuses his practice on high-stakes business disputes.  His experience includes defending companies against breach of contract claims, trade secret claims, wage and hour class actions, consumer class actions, and various land use actions in state and federal court and arbitration.  Before joining Elkins Kalt, Tyler served as a law clerk for the Hon. Deborah L. Cook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Hon. Samuel H. Mays, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
