Sean is a commercial litigator representing clients in disputes concerning contracts, fraud, product liability, land use, and environmental contamination. Sean has represented both individuals and organizations in the energy, healthcare, consumer products, and private equity industries in both state and federal court. Sean also maintains an active pro bono practice. Before joining the firm, Sean clerked for the Hon. Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia.
