With a reputation among clients as an effective and responsive advocate, Rob Steinberg serves as outside general counsel and transaction advisor to a wide variety of middle-market companies. From formation through exit, Rob has deep expertise in guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions (buy- and sell-side), equity/debt financings and private placements, restructurings, as well as formation and capitalization of early-stage companies. Rob also brings to Elkins Kalt extensive experience in securities law, including assisting publicly-traded companies and their executives on SEC compliance, corporate governance, securities offerings, and compensation and incentive plans.

Rob’s industry expertise is diverse, including technology (software and hardware), consumer products, retail, restaurants and hospitality and financial services. Clients include public and private companies, funds and other investors, financial services professionals, management groups, entrepreneurs and shareholders.
