Lorien is an experienced commercial and environmental litigator who has handled all aspects of cases from inception to resolution. His practice has spanned diverse practice areas including fiduciary duty litigation, policy holder coverage, business disputes, employee misconduct, intellectual property, and arbitration. His practice focuses on environmental issues including Clean Water Act claims, class action nuisance claims, CERCLA claims and Superfund sites, among others.  Lorien has represented a full range of clients from single site manufacturers to large municipal ports and international companies. His approach to litigation and environmental compliance focuses on business-centered solutions capturing both the potential legal outcomes and economic interests of his clients.
