Kristen supports clients at Elkins Kalt in litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, she represented clients in high stakes cases and investigations in securities, antitrust, trade secrets, and patent litigation at an international law firm. She also maintains an active pro bono practice in immigration law. During law school, Kristen was an Articles Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and an Executive Editor for the Journal of International, Transnational & Comparative Law. She co-chaired the Environmental Law Society and was a Research Fellow for the Lawyering Skills program.
