Kate Haden supports Elkins Kalt clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, mediations and arbitrations. Her practice has focused primarily in the areas of securities, landlord-tenant, breach of contract, fraud, and environmental law. She also supports clients in environmental regulatory matters, and works directly with state regulatory bodies to advocate on behalf of clients who are impacted by environmental contamination. After law school, Kate served as a clerk to the Hon. Judge Samuel L. Bufford, former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Central District of California.
