Katherine brings our firm significant experience in the entertainment industry, using her skillsets to practice commercial litigation, including copyright and trademark, trade secret, breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, and unfair competition cases. She also has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation. Earlier in her career, she served as president of distribution and general counsel for an independent film company.

Managed (and favorably resolved) arbitration against a major film studio relating to film library license and co-production agreement.

Served as senior associate on a successful two-week jury trial relating to film distribution and profit participation.
