Nicole represents a wide array of clients – both plaintiffs and defendants – in state and federal courts, in both civil and criminal proceedings. She routinely handles issues involving workers compensation, fraud, white collar defense, data privacy, wage and hour disputes, class actions, , harassment, discrimination, and various corporate employment issues. Nicole has extensive experience in e-discovery, cross-border litigation, and pretrial and trial experience. Her practice includes the representation of multinational corporations and individuals in all phases of investigations and litigation. Nicole also serves as IR Global’s exclusive white collar crime expert for California, a designation given only to the top specialists in the world. Before entering private practice, she served as a trial clerk with the Federal Public Defender of Los Angeles, and clerked for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Special Litigation Section in Washington.
Member of a trial team representing a former major league baseball player in a 28 day jury trial in the Central District of California.
Represented Category I Swiss Bank in a criminal investigation as part of the Swiss Bank Program for allegedly assisting U.S. taxpayers with using foreign bank accounts to evade U.S. taxes and reporting requirements.
Represented third largest Israeli Bank in cross-border criminal investigation for allegedly assisting U.S. taxpayers with using foreign bank accounts to evade U.S. taxes and reporting requirements.
Represented California’s largest workers compensation provider alleging civil RICO violations and other related causes of action in the Central District of California.
