With a career spanning nearly three decades, Fred Gartside is trusted by middle market companies for their day-to-day corporate legal and contractual needs. He concentrates on general corporate law, reviewing contracts, handling mergers and acquisitions and other significant transactions, overseeing asset purchases and sales, and offering counsel for finance and securities matters.
His clients include entities in the quick-serve restaurant, gas station/convenience store industry, payday lending, textiles, radio, retail brands, asset management and credit default, medical testing and real estate syndication industries, along with individuals in the entertainment industry. He also has extensive experience with low-income housing tax credits and has represented investors in hundreds of transactions across southern California in development, partnership agreements and finance documentation.
