Brie Jensen is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where she advises clients on complex commercial real estate and related business transactions, including leasing, development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Her practice spans a wide range of asset classes, and she regularly represents landlords, tenants, developers, institutional owners, and business operators in high-value transactions nationwide.

Brie has a nationally recognized practice representing e-commerce and logistics clients in large-scale industrial leasing matters. She has negotiated more than 300 million square feet of leases for fulfillment, distribution, data center, last-mile, and other industrial facilities across the United States, and serves as leasing counsel to institutional landlords managing portfolios exceeding 5,000,000 rentable square feet.

She also represents publicly traded and other national companies in the leasing of mission-critical office, warehouse, distribution, data center, and telecommunications facilities across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, Brie advises public and private entities on complex ground lease, infrastructure, and development-related transactions supporting the construction and operation of commercial and public facilities.

Representative Matters:

  • Negotiated numerous 250,000+ square foot delivery and fulfillment center deals across the country
  • Negotiated 100,000 square foot retail lease with anchor tenant and multiple large leases for high-end Bellevue development
  • Negotiated 250,000 square foot Seattle-based office lease on behalf of the landlord
  • Negotiated all lease transactions in two major downtown office towers on behalf of a Seattle development company; advised developer regarding the sale of the same
