Anne Kiley is committed to knowledge of the law, integrity, and approachability. She works with her clients to understand their unique issues and to counsel them on the best course of action. Trusted by judges and attorneys alike, Anne is relied on for her knowledge of the law and recognition and analysis of the issues. Her meticulous dedication to understanding and studying family law earned her a position as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she has taught since 2007. “It’s my job to help people through the emotion, and to focus on the business of dissolution so they move forward with their lives,” Anne says. “Divorce is an event that resonates throughout a person’s life. That’s why it’s so important to me that a family law lawyer know the law, and is honest, hard-working and communicative, and I endeavor every day, for every person I represent, to be just that.”

A Family Law attorney for nearly three decades and a Certified Family Law Specialist since 2001, Anne recognizes the unique dynamics presented by every family law case, and has the ability to counsel clients through the complex and emotionally charged issues that arise during the proceeding. She takes seriously the trust and communication required when working with clients and their privacy.

Anne is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and regularly associates with lawyers who practice family law in other states to gain a deeper knowledge of variations of the law throughout the nation. She is also a frequent lecturer and for the Rutter Group’s California Family Law Report (CFLR), and her recent presentations have included complex property and financial issues, custody, domestic violence and trial and negotiation strategies. Anne has also given presentations on family law topics for various other organizations including the Los Angeles and San Diego County bar associations.
