Ted is an associate in Elkins Kalt’s Litigation Practice Group. He has experience with complex, multi-party litigation in federal and state courts.

Before joining Elkins Kalt, Ted served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also worked at Inner City Law Center, a leading nonprofit poverty law firm in Los Angeles, where he handled residential tenancy matters.

Ted earned his law degree from UC Berkeley Law, where he received Pro Bono Honors with Highest Distinction, and was awarded the 2021 Pro Bono Champion Award and 2021 Brian M. Sax Prize for Excellence in Clinical Advocacy, Honorable Mention.

Ted is fluent in Korean.
