Michael Vann is a partner in Elkins Kalt’s real estate practice group with experience across all real estate asset classes, including hospitality, industrial, multi-family, office and retail.  Michael’s clients range from entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals to a broad spectrum of national, regional and local real estate development companies, private equity funds and other investment platforms.  Michael’s practice involves work on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, developments and joint ventures.  Michael also provides strategic advice to companies in connection with the formation, development and expansion of hotel brands.

A Los Angeles native, Michael spent his first eleven years practicing law in the Los Angeles’ offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Paul Hastings LLP.
