Svetlana Nagiel is a litigation associate experienced in commercial litigation. Svetlana clerked in E.D.N.Y. for the Hon. Joseph F. Bianco.  Svetlana also interned for Justice Sonia Sotomayor when Justice Sotomayor sat on the Second Circuit.

Svetlana represented clients in contract disputes, intellectual property, unfair competition, fraud, employment, constitutional law and criminal investigation matters.  Svetlana litigated cases in the Superior Court of California, Central District of California, Eastern District of Texas, Southern District of New York, Second Circuit, and the London Court of International Arbitration.
