Keith Elkins represents many of the most successful and sophisticated real estate companies and individuals in the nation. He routinely  handles projects from the nascent stage all the way through to the ultimate successful disposition, managing everything from the initial purchase and sale transaction to the debt and equity capitalization to the development-related documentation, the lease-up and the final sale of the project. Keith’s clients include national and regional developers, pension funds, pension fund advisors, REITs, institutional investors, landlords, tenants, public and private companies, high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. Keith is a frequent speaker on real estate transactional matters, including purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, and office, industrial and retail leasing.

One of the firm’s six founding partners, Keith has played an instrumental role in building the firm with best-in-class attorneys who possess (in addition to the requisite intellectual abilities) the three C’s that are of utmost importance to Keith –  high moral character, creativity and common sense. Further, Keith believes in creating a firm where all attorneys – from the most junior to the most senior – do the work, invest in one another, always focus on the client and bring to the table a legal, analytical, and creative approach to every client relationship.
