Jeff’s practice emphasizes complex business litigation, including antitrust, securities and securities enforcement, intellectual property, entertainment, employment, unfair competition and, in particular First Amendment, defamation and invasion of privacy. He has won jury trials, court trials, arbitrations and appeals, and has over 10 published cases. He has written a book, several law journal articles and contributed to other books. His scholarly writings have been cited by the Supreme Courts of California, Alaska and Wyoming. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. William E. Steckler, Chief Federal Judge of the Southern District of Indiana in Indianapolis.
